A STRATEGIC APPROACH: Equality and Diversity

What is the course about?
The course enables participants to develop their understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion issues and their role in developing and implementing an organisational diversity strategy. Course content includes:
  • The business case for an effective diversity strategy
  • Relevant legislation
  • A strategic approach to tackling Institutional Discrimination 
  • The role of the Board in the implementation and governance of an effective diversity strategy
 
Who is it for?
It is designed especially for the Board members and senior executives of the organisation.

Available as a half day course or two-hour workshop.
