POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND REVIEW
Equality and Diversity policies and procedures are key to an organisation's commitment to its diverse staff team, clients and service users. With numerous changes occurring in the law, good practice and attitudes to equality and diversity it can be difficult to keep policies and procedures up-to-date.
Challenge Consultants are continually keeping abreast of all equalities and diversity issues, legal cases, and best practice and, as part of all training delivered, familiarises themselves with the client's Equality & Diversity policy.
We develop and review policies and procedures for a wide range of clients and also comment on draft policies and procedures or draft equality and diversity based policies. Reviews always take account the sector within which the organisation operates, and looks at policies within the context of wider expectations and/or visions for the future, both internal and external.
